With more than 30 years of experience in residential real estate, property management, construction, and home inspections, Mark founded Macon Property Services to bring that expertise to vacation homeowners, seasonal residents, and short-term rental operators in Western North Carolina. Over the course of his career, he has managed renovation projects, conducted more than 1,000 home inspections, and helped homeowners and investors protect and maintain their properties with confidence.

A former Atlantan who relocated to Franklin three years ago, Mark brings firsthand understanding of what it means to own property in the mountains — and what absentee owners need from a trusted local partner.

When he's not working, Mark enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and exploring the Appalachian Mountains with his dog — a lifestyle that reflects his genuine love for the region and the homes within it.
